WHAT IS A ROAMING CULINARY SERVICE?
Each bite arrives fully composed, seasoned to order, at the moment it is meant to be tasted. We move through the room and bring that moment to your guests, wherever they are.
WHAT MAKES THE SOCIETY TABLE EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT FROM TRADITIONAL LAS VEGAS CATERING?
We are not a caterer and we do not operate stations or buffets. Every bite is composed in front of your guest, at the moment of service. The experience comes to your guests. They do not come to it.
WHAT TYPES OF PRIVATE EVENTS DO YOU SERVE IN LAS VEGAS?
Private celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and curated social events. If it is private and it matters, reach out.
HOW LONG DOES THE SERVICE LAST?
Duration is tailored to your event and confirmed during the planning process.
HOW MANY STAFF WILL BE PRESENT?
Staffing is determined by guest count and offerings selected.
Planning Your Event
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
As early as possible. Preferred dates fill quickly. Minimum 4 to 6 weeks for larger events.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM GUEST COUNT?
There is no minimum guest count. Every event is shaped around your group, regardless of size.
DO YOU SERVE EVENTS OUTSIDE LAS VEGAS?
Primarily Las Vegas. Reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
WHAT VENUES DO YOU WORK WITH?
Private residences, event spaces, and beyond. If you have a venue in Las Vegas in mind, bring it to us.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE OFFERINGS?
Yes. We will help you build a combination that flows naturally through your event.
CAN THE MENU BE CUSTOMIZED?
Yes. Selections and presentation are tailored to your event during the consultation.
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Yes. Communicate needs during planning and we will take care of your guests.
DO YOU OFFER TASTINGS?
Tastings are not offered. Your menu is finalized during the consultation, where we walk through every flavor and combination in detail.
DO YOU OFFER CAVIAR SERVICE FOR PRIVATE EVENTS IN LAS VEGAS?
Yes. The Caviar Society is our caviar offering, composed at the moment of service, in front of your guest. It is available as a standalone experience or combined with other offerings.
IS A ROAMING CULINARY EXPERIENCE RIGHT FOR AN INTIMATE GATHERING?
Yes. Roaming service works because it moves to your guests, not the other way around. Intimate gatherings often benefit most. The personal moment of a bite composed in front of a guest lands differently when the room is smaller.
Booking And Policy
HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?
Submit a request. We confirm availability, align on details, and a 30% deposit secures your date.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
- 24-hour grace period from deposit (30%) submission. Full refund if cancelled within this window.
- After 24 hours, deposit is non-refundable.
- Remaining (70%) balance due 14 business days before your event.
